Welcome to YOGMANTRAM.

We want every person who joins us to have a safe, comfortable, respectful, and positive yoga experience. The policies below explain how our classes, memberships, payments, cancellations, and use of personal information work.

In these Policies, “Services” means YOGMANTRAM's classes, memberships, packages, workshops, programmes, events, online sessions, and related offerings.

By using the YOGMANTRAM Website, registering for a class or programme, purchasing a membership or package, or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Policies.

Prices & Taxes

  • All prices displayed on the YOGMANTRAM Website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Applicable taxes, if any, will be communicated or displayed at the time of payment.
  • Prices of classes, memberships, packages, workshops, and other Services may be changed from time to time. The price applicable to your purchase will be the price shown at the time of booking or payment.
  • Special offers, discounts, introductory offers, and promotional packages may have additional terms, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Registration & Membership

  • When registering with YOGMANTRAM, please provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Memberships, packages, and class passes are personal and non-transferable and cannot be shared with another person.
  • Membership and package fees must be paid in advance according to the plan selected.
  • Your membership or package will become active according to the activation date and validity period communicated at the time of purchase.
  • Unless specifically mentioned for a particular plan, unused classes or sessions will not automatically carry forward after the membership or package expires.
  • Memberships and packages cannot be paused, transferred, or extended unless YOGMANTRAM specifically agrees to such an arrangement.
  • Some workshops, programmes, events, or special classes may have additional terms. These will be communicated at the time of booking.

Classes & Schedules

  • Classes will be conducted according to the scheduled batch timings displayed or communicated by YOGMANTRAM.
  • We may occasionally need to change class timings, schedules, instructors, venues, or class formats due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to inform members about such changes in advance wherever possible.
  • In case of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural events, government restrictions, emergencies, technical problems, or other unforeseen situations, a class may need to be postponed, rescheduled, moved online, or cancelled.
  • If YOGMANTRAM cancels a class or programme and is unable to provide a reasonable alternative, we may offer a replacement class, rescheduling option, credit, extension, or refund, as appropriate.

Attendance & Missed Classes

  • We encourage all members to arrive on time so that they can enjoy the complete session without disturbing the class.
  • Late arrival may sometimes mean that you have to wait until an appropriate point in the session before joining, particularly where immediate entry may affect the safety or experience of the class.
  • Classes missed because of personal reasons, travel, work commitments, late arrival, no-show, or other reasons attributable to the participant are not eligible for a refund or fee adjustment.
  • Where a class requires advance booking or has a specific cancellation window, the applicable booking terms will apply.
  • Depending on availability, YOGMANTRAM may allow a member to attend another batch or class as a courtesy. This is subject to availability and does not create an entitlement to a refund.

Your Health & Safe Yoga Practice

Yoga is a practice that should be approached with awareness and respect for your own body.

  • Please practise according to your individual physical ability, experience, and comfort level.
  • Before participating in a class, please inform your instructor about any existing injury, medical condition, physical limitation, recent surgery, pregnancy, or other health concern that may affect your practice.
  • If you have a medical condition, injury, or other health concern, we recommend consulting an appropriately qualified medical professional before beginning yoga or any exercise programme.
  • Please do not force or strain your body beyond what feels appropriate for you.
  • If you experience pain, dizziness, breathing difficulty, discomfort, or any unusual symptoms during a class, stop the practice and inform your instructor.
  • YOGMANTRAM and its instructors provide yoga and wellness instruction. Our classes are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice.
  • Every participant is responsible for practising within their own physical capacity and for informing the instructor about relevant health conditions.
  • YOGMANTRAM takes reasonable steps to maintain a safe practice environment. However, participants should understand that yoga involves physical movement and that individual responses to practice may vary.
  • Nothing in these Policies is intended to take away any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.

Online Yoga Classes

YOGMANTRAM may offer yoga classes and programmes online in addition to in-person classes.

  • Online class links, passwords, recordings, or other access details provided to you are intended only for the registered participant.
  • Please do not share your class links, passwords, recordings, or access details with others.
  • Participants are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection, and safe space for their online practice.
  • Please make sure that there is enough clear space around you to practise safely.
  • Online classes may occasionally be affected by internet connectivity, device problems, third-party platforms, or other technical issues beyond our control.
  • Where recordings are provided, access may be available only for the period specified by YOGMANTRAM.

Online Payments

YOGMANTRAM allows customers to make payments through the Website for memberships, classes, programmes, workshops, and other Services.

Payment Processing

  • Payments made through the Website may be processed through Karnataka Bank and/or its authorised payment gateway or payment service providers.
  • Depending on the payment options available, customers may be able to pay using commonly supported methods such as UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets, or other payment methods displayed on the Website.
  • When making a payment, you confirm that the payment information provided by you is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
  • Your booking or membership will generally be considered confirmed once the payment has been successfully processed and the booking/payment confirmation has been generated.

Payment Confirmation

  • After a successful payment, you may receive a confirmation through the Website, email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another contact method provided during registration.
  • Please keep your payment confirmation, transaction reference, order ID, or receipt for your records.
  • If money has been deducted from your account but your booking or payment is not showing as successful, please contact YOGMANTRAM with your transaction details before making another payment.

Failed or Duplicate Payments

  • Sometimes a payment may remain pending or fail because of banking, payment gateway, internet, or technical issues.
  • If a payment appears to be pending, we recommend checking its status before attempting the payment again to avoid a duplicate transaction.
  • If you are charged more than once for the same booking or purchase, please contact us with the relevant transaction details.
  • Once the duplicate transaction is verified, any applicable refund will be processed according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • YOGMANTRAM is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, card networks, UPI providers, or other third-party payment service providers.

Payment Security

  • Payment information may be processed directly by authorised payment service providers.
  • Where payments are processed through a third-party payment provider, YOGMANTRAM does not intend to store complete card details such as full card numbers, CVV numbers, or PINs on its own systems.
  • Payment providers may process payment information according to their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and applicable laws.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can sometimes change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to keep things clear and fair for everyone.

Cancelling a Class

  • If you need to cancel a booked class, please inform YOGMANTRAM through our official contact details at least 24 hours before the scheduled class. Requests received at least 24 hours before the scheduled class may be considered for a refund, credit, replacement class, or other resolution on a case-by-case basis.
  • Cancellation and refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the time of the request, whether the service has been used, the applicable membership or programme terms, and any special conditions communicated at the time of booking. Approval of one request does not create an entitlement or precedent for future requests.
  • Fees for classes or Services that have already been availed are non-refundable.
  • No refund or fee adjustment will generally be provided for classes missed due to personal reasons, late arrival, no-show, travel, work commitments, or other personal circumstances.

Memberships & Packages

  • Memberships and packages are non-transferable.
  • Unless specifically stated otherwise, membership and package fees are non-refundable once the membership or package has been activated or used.
  • Unused classes or sessions generally cannot be transferred to another person or converted into cash.
  • Memberships cannot be paused unless YOGMANTRAM specifically offers or approves a pause.
  • Any special cancellation or refund terms applicable to a particular workshop, event, programme, retreat, or package will be communicated separately and will apply to that offering.

Cancellation by YOGMANTRAM

  • If YOGMANTRAM cancels a class, programme, or service and cannot reasonably provide a replacement or alternative, we may offer a rescheduled class, alternative service, credit, extension, or refund, as appropriate.

How Refunds Are Processed

  • Cancellation or refund requests should be submitted through YOGMANTRAM's official contact details.
  • Please include your name, registered mobile number/email address, booking or membership details, and payment/transaction reference where available.
  • Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method.
  • Applicable payment gateway, banking, transaction, or processing charges may be deducted from the refundable amount where applicable and legally permissible.
  • Once a refund is initiated by YOGMANTRAM, the time taken for the amount to reach your account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card network, UPI provider, or other financial institution.
  • YOGMANTRAM is not responsible for delays caused solely by third-party payment or banking providers.

Payment Disputes

  • If you have a concern about a payment, booking, or refund, please contact us first so that we can look into the matter and try to resolve it.
  • Where a payment dispute or chargeback is raised with a bank or payment provider, YOGMANTRAM may provide relevant booking, transaction, and communication records to the concerned payment provider or financial institution for resolution of the matter.
